New Equestrian Showgrounds
As the home of top competition for hunters, jumpers, dressage and polo, Wellington is the world’s leading hub for equestrian excellence. WLP is contributing to the community’s equestrian excellence for decades to come by building a new, complementary showgrounds facility located south of, and contiguous to, the existing Wellington International showgrounds.

The Wellington Club
The Wellington Club will be a new private residential club community celebrating the best of the equestrian lifestyle along with a rare collection of estate homes, townhomes and farms complemented by modern sporting amenities for every pursuit. From an equestrian center connected to miles of bridle trails and the showgrounds, a reimagined Pete Dye-designed 18-hole championship golf course and a clubhouse with pools, racquet sports, and a complete set of fitness and wellness facilities, the community will serve families across generations.
The Marketplace
The Marketplace will be a nearly 18-acre, new walkable "main street" for everyone in the Village to enjoy. Enhancing the overall lifestyle of the Wellington, The Marketplace will include a 80-suite luxury boutique hotel, residences, new shops, cafes, restaurants, lushly landscaped common spaces and offices.
The Wanderers Club
Located in western Palm Beach County, The Wanderers Club is a casual, multi-generational private golf and country club in the heart of the equestrian community of Wellington. The Club's full array of amenities and services including an 18-hole championship golf course, racquet center, pool, dining, wellness and children's areas are centered around families, sports and the equestrian lifestyle found only in the Village of Wellington.
